Valerie Azlynn (Swing for Sneaux, Darla,Sissy & Ensemble) From the mean streets of New London, Connecticut, against the odds and teen pregnancy statistics of that area, Valerie moved to New York City and recently landed in Los Angeles to pursue her career as an actress. A natural to the stage, it was her performance of The Eurythmics ’“Sweet Dreams” at her father’s company picnic at the age of three, that let everyone know….this was no ordinary child. In New York, she was a student at the School for Film & Television and appeared in such plays as Temptations, King Island Christmas and S.W.A.K. She starred in Late, a short film which was selected for the Dances with Films Festival, and played the lead role in another short, The Bar. Other roles include the short, Rupert and the feature film, Arizona. Valerie is a current member of the Magic Circle Opera Repertory Ensemble, in NYC. She would like to give special thanks to Andy Fickman, Meredith Robinson, the entire Sneaux! posse and her manager, Devon Jackson of Trademark Talent by quoting her favorite philosopher, Eyore, from Winnie The Pooh… “thanks for noticing me”. To her family: I know I wasn’t planned, but aren’t you glad you took that vacation to New Jersey and created such a fantabulous creature? To all the homies in New London for keeping it real, and to “Guffman” for his presence at our fine performance.
