| ALAN E. MURAOKA (Set Designer) has worked extensively in theater, film and television for the past 20 years. His theatrical design work has been seen at The Michigan Opera Theatre, The Julliard School, Yale School of Music and June Opera Festival (Princeton, NJ). On Broadway he worked as the assistant designer on The Tap Dance Kid, Jerry’s Girls, Smile and The Three Musketeers. More recently Alan has art directed feature films including Ghost World, Ace Ventura-Pet Detective, Liberty Heights, Washington Square and The Specialist. For television, his production design for The Adventures of Superboy and his art direction for NYPD Blue have both received Emmy nominations. Alan’s production designs for the feature films Gettin‘ the Man’s Foot Out of Your Ass and Other Life Lessons and Man of the Year are currently awaiting release. |
