| BETSY SULLENGER (Producer) has been a production executive at Middle Fork Productions for seven years. A theatre nut her whole life, she has held down pretty much every job imaginable both on and off stage, beginning in her home state of Tennessee where she worked with several theatre companies including Tennessee Rep, the Nashville Shakespeare Festival and Nashville Public Theatre. She directed the Los Angeles production of Desperate For Magic, which went on to tour theatres across the country. She has also directed the West Coast premieres of My Son Susie at the Hudson and Out Came Butch at 2100 Square Feet. SNEAUX! continues her collaboration with director Andy Fickman, with whom she’s worked on several film and television projects. She oversaw development and was Associate Producer on his feature directorial debut Who’s Your Daddy?, a teen comedy which will be released this fall. Among other projects she’s working on with writer/director Fickman are the VH-1 thriller It’s Only Rock & Roll, the romantic comedy Smitten, and Pet Shrink, a family comedy. She’s also working with him on the Sci-Fi Western, Mexican Hat, for director Richard Harrah. Prior to Middle Fork, she worked for comedy writer Bob Ellison on such shows as Cheers, Dear John and Wings. Additionally, Betsy is a member of the Advisory Board of the West Virginia Film Festival and urges everyone to film in West Virginia! . |
